The Scenario: You have just been handed raw sales data for Contoso Chai Tea, and you need to know which month had the best overall performance and which had the highest social media engagement.

Step 1: Highlight and copy the data block below:

Month, Total Chai Sales (units), Social Media Engagement (views) October, 659, 6874 November, 729, 7744 December, 1117, 8312 July, 459, 26304 August, 109, 11691

Step 2: Open your preferred AI tool.

Step 3: Paste the data into the chat box, and type this prompt right below it:

"Act as a data analyst. Based on the data provided, tell me which month had the highest Total Chai Sales, and which month had the highest Social Media Engagement."

Hit enter and watch the AI do the sorting and analysis for you! It should easily identify December for sales and July for engagement.
