Why I wrote this
I have spent 25 years in IT service management. I started on the help desk, worked my way up, and have led service desk teams for about 15 years. I also began as a data center tech and later led a team in a network operations center. When a major outage landed on me as the manager on the floor, I leaned on a written set of steps for the response and the communications. This bundle is that kind of guide, rebuilt for AI data centers.
